 “Experiencing Beliefs”

Our next retreat is already scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 9 am to 3 pm at the Villa Maria del Mar Retreat Center.  Thank you Lois, for making arrangements and thank you all for bringing your expanding awareness to our retreat last month!  At our next retreat we will be exploring the experience of beliefs.  What is the process that some beliefs we carry with absolute certainty such as the earth is round and not flat.  While other beliefs such as I am a valuable and worthwhile individual we carry with much less confidence and certainty.  Is it just a matter of evidence and life experience or is something going on within us at an unconscious level that is best accessed through meditation. Rescheduled Saturday Bridge Building

I won’t be distributing bagels and socks this next Saturday November 4th,but will be doing it throughout the week. If you would like to join me, let me know so we can schedule a time.

However, on November 11th we will be back at our regular time (now at 12:00pm) when we will wend our way up to the Clock Tower from my place, arriving at the Clock Tower around 1pm.   As always, we appreciate any clothing items you have to donate. Thank you, Santa Cruz Rotary, for over $100 worth of socks and underwear.  Just so you know:  $100 worth of socks and underwear lasts about2 weeks. The socks we get from Bomba and the clothing donated are free, but not unlimited. Stillpoint never has a stockpile of items.
